At Masterpiece Exteriors, we’re not just good sales people who know only the basics of materials and buildings. We go the extra mile to make sure all aspects of your project and your home have been thought through — and that you know exactly what’s happening, and what the next steps are.

We believe that clarity is the best policy, and that includes first-rate communication. That’s why we use a multiple-step project management process to make sure we always exceed expectations.

  1. General Planning Session: We sit down with you to understand the goals, timing, and expectations of your project.
  2. Project Plan and Estimate: Based on the planning session, we identify the most appropriate materials, provide samples, and work with you to make sure every detail has been thought through. From there, we provide a clear, detailed estimate that outlines project details for your review and approval.
  3. Pre-work: Even before the first day of work begins, several weeks’ worth of planning and preparation goes into making sure your project will be completed successfully. We work with our suppliers, our vendors, and our full team to coordinate the ordering and delivery of materials (some products can take up to 6 weeks to order) — as well as project workflow — to ensure that all expectations are clear.
  4. Implementation: We do the day-to-day project management so you don’t have to. You get to sit back and watch as we bring your vision to life.
  5. Results: Our favorite part of the job is seeing a client’s reaction to a completed project. It’s a toss-up as to whether we hear more compliments on the clean work area left at the end of each work day or on the actual results of our work. Either way, your appreciation is what we appreciate the most.
